Pass the Pepper!

trioThe BSM team is delighted to announce that 2016 will be the year of the Rooster (!)…soup that is. Caitlin McMillan has been named Rooster Soup Company’s creator of all things diner-y delicious. Rooster Soup Company chef Caitlin McMillan is a veteran sous chef of Zahav restaurant, where she began working upon arrival to Philadelphia in 2014. A native of Asheville, North Carolina, Caitlin graduated from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College with a culinary degree and has pepper snowbeen working in kitchens since she was 15. When not developing new recipes, tapping the full potential of “ugly” vegetables and leading the team at Rooster Soup Co., Caitlin enjoys spending time off in the woods with her hound, Pepper, where they discover wild greens and delicious mushrooms!
